The City of Yuma has a wide range of job opportunities and often has job openings available. You may view a list of our current job openings on our website under the employment section.  

If you are interested in a job with the City of Yuma, job applications can be submitted on line. Once your application is submitted, you may review its status on line at any time. Online applications are stored on a secure site and only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.

If the position you are interested in is not open for recruitment, you may post a job interest card and you will be notified by E-mail when the position becomes available for recruitment.

If you do not have access to the internet, the City of Yuma Human Resources Department has computers available in their lobby for your convenience.  Recruitment brochures may also be obtained directly from the City of Yuma Human Resources Department. 

Applicants selected for interviews will be contacted by the hiring department after the specified recruitment closing date. Applicants not selected for an interview will be notified concerning the status of their application.

If you are selected for employment, you will be required to present proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
