To insure the safety of City of Yuma citizens, especially minors, the City of Yuma Police Department enforces curfew regulations for non-accompanied children under the age of 18.

These regulations make it unlawful for children to be upon the public streets or in any public places and buildings between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. each day.
