Police records and reports maintained by the City of Yuma Police Department are by law accessible to the public and can be obtained from the department.

Please call our business line before coming in to the City of Yuma Police Department to obtain a copy of a police report. This will let you know ahead of time if the police report is already filed in the City of Yuma Police Department Records Bureau.

You will need to complete a request form. A case number or detailed information will assist us in obtaining your report. A basic report copy will take only the time required to research and make copies. A full report copy takes about 5 days to complete.

All police reports have a cost associated with them. Cash or personal checks are accepted. Checks are payable to the City of Yuma.
