Neighborhood Meetings

Neighborhood Meetings give citizens and property owners an opportunity to learn about proposals that affect them and resolve concerns early in the application process.

Neighborhood meetings may be required for the following development reviews:

  • General Plan Amendments
  • Rezones (map changes)
  • Subdivisions (Preliminary and Final Plats)
  • Variances
  • Other applications deemed necessary by the City of Yuma Department of Community Development Director
